Dalet Flex is an enterprise-grade media workflow platform available as a subscription, with custom offerings that can be tailored exactly to any organization’s needs and specific requirements. 

Dalet Flex‘ customers benefit from an onboarding program. Additional professional services including workflow customization, and more are available upon request. Dalet Flex is usually purchased with Professional Services to help you tailor the solution to your business requirements and technical environment. 

There is no rule, and you can request both! Your discovery process will usually start with a discussion of your needs with one of our product specialists. A Dalet Flex demo is included early in the process and the trial then marks an important, but natural evolution in our discussions.

Very. Dalet Flex is secure by design, following best industry standards such as OWASP or CIS. Dalet Flex environments are monitored 24x7x365 by Dalet’s Cloud Operations team. Our systems are subject to continual scan and regular penetration testing to help ensure that they are robust and resilient. Also, Dalet has secured the ISO/IEC certification 27001 and implements a “Zero Trust” security framework across its cloud-native solutions.

Dalet Flex customers have access to global support, our knowledge base, and regular customer success checkpoints. For additional fees, customers can access deeper guidance, custom training, hands-on configuration, extended support and implementation services.

Video, Image, Audio, Document, Subtitle, Clip, and Sequence are the standard asset types available in Dalet Flex.

In addition to standard asset types, Dalet Flex gives you the ability to define custom asset types. These allow you to build a data model tailored to your business. If you are managing TV Shows for instance, you may want to build a hierarchical data model around custom objects representing Series, Seasons, and Episodes. More details on user-defined asset types, also called User-Defined Objects (or UDOs) are available in our knowledge base.

A Sandbox is a second Dalet Flex system made available to you, that can be used by a maximum of 10 users and cannot be used in production. Our customers typically use a Sandbox for testing and training purposes, for example to validate new workflows and integrations before putting them in production.

Dalet Flex offers a selection of integrations with key apps and systems to increase productivity and streamline workflows. The platform allows customers to build almost anything they want through many dozens of integrations and via our developer-friendly APIs.
